One tiler, one standard, every job.
Tiler in Reading has been tiling houses across Reading since 2008. The person who quotes your job is the person who sets out the first tile and signs off the last silicone line.

Wall & floor tiling · 18 years on the tools
I started tiling in 2008, working on site for a firm in Reading before going out on my own. The first few years taught me the part of the trade that does not photograph well: how to get a wall flat, how to keep a floor from moving, and why a shower that was never tanked will always find a way to leak.
Since then the work has shifted towards domestic projects, mostly bathrooms and kitchens in houses that people plan to stay in. That changes the job. You are working in someone's home, often the only bathroom, and the finish has to be good enough that you would be happy to live with it yourself.
I still do every survey and every quote myself, and I still lay the tiles. If a job needs a second pair of hands for a large format floor or a heavy stone installation, I bring in people I have worked with for years, never a stranger from a subcontract list.

The five-year guarantee
Every installation is guaranteed for five years against failure caused by our workmanship. If something we fitted fails, we come back and put it right. In eighteen years we have been called back a handful of times, and each one was sorted without an argument.
Ask about a projectA process that removes the guesswork.
The same four steps on a splashback and on a full wet room, because the sequence is what keeps a job on time.

What Berkshire customers say.
“The setting out is what sold us. Every line in the ensuite runs true, and the cuts around the niche look like they were planned rather than squeezed in. Three weeks on and not a single hollow tile.”

Bathroom tiling · Caversham
“We had two quotes and went with these guys because they actually explained the tanking. They found the old shower had been leaking into the floor for years and fixed it before tiling. No hard sell, just straight answers.”

Wet room installation · Woodley
“Herringbone floor through the hall, kitchen and utility, and the pattern lines up perfectly through every doorway. Dust sheets everywhere, cleared up each night, and finished a day early.”
